Compagnie Outre Mesure
Company Outre Mesure was founded in 1999 by six impassioned old musics and dances who entrust the direction to Robin Joly in order to promote "art menetrier".
As it does not only want to reconstitute the Renaissance repertory, Company Outre Mesure try to privilege the collective, creative and playful sides. In its adaptations and creations, it confronts the repertories (traditional, baroques, contemporaries...) through their respective practices in order to enrich them mutually, which makes conspicuous its approach of the old dances and musics.
